A workflow engine appeared because “automation” was in the prompt. It came with a no-code builder, 200+ templates, conditional logic, and scheduled triggers. None of these were specified. We have not reviewed them individually. I consider them complete.
Real-Time Analytics
Which metrics to track was not a decision we made. They look correct. The methodology has not been disclosed. Dashboards refresh constantly, producing a reassuring impression of activity. We have been advised this is intentional.
Team Collaboration
Enterprise platforms require shared workspaces, role-based permissions, and real-time collaboration. These were determined to be standard. We have implemented them. Whether they interact correctly is a question we have not tested. I have not raised it.
Integrations & API
60+ native integrations, included on the grounds that integrations pages list integrations. Roughly 55 are reliable. The remaining entries are still in the catalogue. We have not removed them. I have noted this.
Security & Compliance
AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, and SOC 2 Type II certification were recommended. We have implemented most of them. Which ones were skipped has not been determined. Our security posture has been assessed as appropriate for an enterprise SaaS platform. We have noted this.
Customer Success
A customer success function was included because enterprise SaaS requires one. There is a knowledge base. It describes the product as it existed at launch. We consider this reasonably current. I consider it current.
