Can I try VibeCoded before paying?
Yes — and we strongly recommend it, possibly more than we’d recommend the paid plan. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Pro tier. No credit card required. Use the time wisely. There are rough edges. There are many rough edges. They are load-bearing.
What happens if I exceed my user limit?
We’ll send you a notification at 80% capacity. Then another at 90%. Then the system will begin behaving erratically at 100% without a clear error message. The notification thresholds were set at launch. They have not been tested at scale. We consider this acceptable. Upgrade when ready, or don’t — we’ll figure it out eventually.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes, though we find it slightly embarrassing that non-profits are willing to pay for this. We offer 50% off for registered non-profits and a startup programme for early-stage companies with fewer than 10 employees. Contact us with documentation. We will lose the email at least once.
How does annual billing work?
You pay a full year upfront, which is a remarkable act of faith in a product you’ve probably been using for under a month. In return you save 20% and gain the specific regret of having pre-committed. You can switch billing cycles from account settings, though that page has been known to time out.
