Last updated: 1 January 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the VibeCoded platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are exclusive of VAT. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. You grant VibeCoded a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide support or as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to VibeCoded or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any IP to you.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via the Status Page. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCoded’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
