Account & profile data
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, job title, and organisation name.
Usage data
We collect information about how you use our platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken, in order to improve our service and provide support.
Payment data
Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store only the last four digits of your card, expiry date, and billing address.
Communications
If you contact us by email or through the platform, we retain those communications to resolve your query and improve our support.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, operate, and maintain the VibeCoded platform.
- To process payments and send billing-related communications.
- To send product updates, security notices, and support responses.
- To send marketing emails where you have given consent (you may opt out at any time).
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We rely on the following lawful bases under GDPR: contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement); and consent (marketing emails).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted sub-processors (such as cloud infrastructure providers and payment processors) under data processing agreements, and where required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after account closure. Billing records are retained for seven years to comply with legal obligations.
