Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data. This policy was generated at launch by the same process that produced the product. We have reviewed it once. The AI considers it current.

1. Who We Are

VibeCoded Ltd (“VibeCoded”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is registered in Novaland (Companies Register No. 000000, fictional) with its registered office at 1 Fictional Lane, Noverton 99, NV9 FAKE, Novaland. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This section was included because privacy policies require it. The AI was aware of this requirement.

2. Data We Collect

Account & profile data

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, job title, and organisation name.

Usage data

We collect information about how you use our platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken, in order to improve our service and provide support.

Payment data

Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store only the last four digits of your card, expiry date, and billing address.

Communications

If you contact us by email or through the platform, we retain those communications to resolve your query and improve our support.

3. How We Use Your Data

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on the following lawful bases under GDPR: contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement); and consent (marketing emails).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted sub-processors (such as cloud infrastructure providers and payment processors) under data processing agreements, and where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after account closure. Billing records are retained for seven years to comply with legal obligations. The 90-day figure was selected by the AI. It has not been reviewed. It may be correct.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise your rights, email [email protected].

8. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, analytics, and preference storage. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

9. Contact

For privacy queries, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] or write to 1 Fictional Lane, Noverton 99, NV9 FAKE, Novaland. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Novaland Data Regulation Office (NDRO), a fictional supervisory authority the AI included on the grounds that privacy policies require one.
